How many homes are in Walden Pond Estates?
There are currently 70 homes in the subdivision, phase 4 is scheduled to add 20 more.
Is fishing permitted in the ponds?
Walden Pond Estates lake lots are privately owned, fishing is permitted provided you have the homeowner’s permission. For the health of our ponds, please keep what you catch.
Can I have a pool?
No above-ground swimming pools are permitted. In-ground pools are permissible with approval from the Architectural Committee. For more information please read Section II-6 of the Incorporated Covenants.
Who should I contact if I want to have a fence installed?
All fences need to be approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of construction. For more information please read Section II-7 of the Incorporated Covenants.
Can I have a sign in my yard?
No signs of any kind may be displayed to the public view, an exception is made for advertising property for sale or rent during the construction and sales period. For more information please read Section II-17 of the Incorporated Covenants.
How many trees do I need to have in my front yard?
All homeowner’s need to plant a minimum of one tree in the front yard. For more information please see Section II-33 of the Incorporated Covenants.
