Walden Pond Estates annual homeowner’s association meeting will be on April 9th, 2024, at 6:30pm in the Garden Room of the Monticello Community Building, 201 N State St, Monticello, IL, 61856. We will be reviewing 2023 neighborhood activities & financials in addition to electing board members for the secretary & president positions.
